Life is an amazing ride. It’s full of ups and downs and sun and rain. No matter what moment of life you are in, it will be better, happier, and brighter when you’re surrounded by good people.

Find the people who make you smile.

Find the people who show up.

Find the people who respect you.

Find the people who make you laugh.

Find the people who truly care.

Find the ones who will show up with ice cream or wine when you need it, or a phone call to listen when they can’t get to you.

Find the ones who call you for happy talk.

Find the ones who make life lighter in an already chaotic world.

Let go of the ones who hurt you. Let go of the ones who look for anything to put you down with. Let go of the ones who take and never give. Let go of the ones who bring chaos instead of joy. Let go of the ones who blame everyone without hesitation.

Don’t wish them ill - if they are unkind or hurtful, chances are they are broken and lost.

But let yourself believe you deserve more. Let yourself believe you are worth respect. Let yourself believe you are worth the kindness of others.
